Serotonin is the key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. This hormone impacts your entire body. It enables brain cells and other nervous system cells to communicate with each other. Serotonin also helps with sleeping, eating, and digestion.

  1. EXERCISE REGULARLY: To increase serotonin levels, you should exercise regularly, when you exercise your body releases happy hormones.
  2. SLEEP: Sleep deprivation is one of the major reasons behind hormonal imbalance. Low serotonin levels may be associated with depression, so it’s important to boost serotonin. Hence if you sleep well it’s improves your mood and you feel happier.

Though I do yoga,meditation and Gym regularly. However, whenever I feel low, I watch inspirational sports movies or Read about others struggle for survival. It makes feel grateful for the blessings I have in my life. I always believed that, one cannot always feel upbeat and it’s okay to have emotions ( of every kind). However, it’s not okay to dwell on how you feel rather choose to turn things around.
