When you’re stressed, you feel changes in your body and your mind. Your heart beats faster, your blood pressure may go up, and your face may get flushed. Your muscles may tighten up, you feel anxious, and in most cases your nervous system causes poor cognition. You may feel rushed and confused or forget things and you may feel sick to your stomach. You might also be irritable and get into arguments with your family and friends.
Chronic stress is known to accelerate premature aging, increase your anxiety level and change your behavior by affecting your overall mood.
Sadness does not last forever when we walk in the direction of that which we always desired.

Pandemic has changed a lot around us and we all have lost somewhat or someone in this time. However, living in the past will only create stress, negetive mindset and sadness within you. Try these steps to lower your stress level and develop a positive mindset
Stop looking back 🔙 :-
I understand and acknowledge that, our lives were better and different before this pandemic. However there is no point looking back at the past and dwelling over it. The sooner you make peace with your past the better the happier you will be. Rather make the most of the present moment. You present will not come back.
You need to help yourself in this difficult time, only you can help your self. Your happiness is within you, do not attach your happiness with with material things or other people.
Be Grateful :-
“YOUR NECESSITY MIGHT BE SOMEONE ELSE’S LUXURY”. Don’t take anything for granted. The life you are living right now, could be someone’s life. There are way more unfortunate people then you think youare. Be grateful for what you have. Start feeling more grateful, and appreciative of the good things in your life: Notice good things, look for them, appreciate them. Savor, absorb, and really pay attention to those good things. Express your gratitude to yourself, write it down, or thank someone.
Have Faith :-
Life doesn’t get easier, You become stronger, trust me.
No matter how good or bad your life is at this stage, always remember this time will pass away and you can stay humble and motivated to continue your journey.
Invest in little rituals
Rituals can be anything you do mindfully while setting an intention. For me, an important ritual is to start my morning listening to worship music, going to the gym and listening to my favourite podcast. That simple habit makes me connect to myself and the perspective I want to set for the day.
Negative self-talk is something that most of us experience from time to time, and it comes in many forms.
It also creates significant stress, not only to us but to those around us.
