In simpler words, the only way we can achieve fat loss is by calorie deficit. You need to eat lesser calories than the calories your body can burn. Sounds easy right!!!

I wish it was as simple as it sounds, you need to eat less but right and your body should not starve.

Now when I say eat less, less is different for everyone. So do not compare your calorie intake with others. Every human body is different, in terms of their body shape, bmi and body fat. You can always calculate your BMI and Body Fat.

The most important thing in the journey of fat loss AND healthy living is to make sure your body does not go into a vitamin and mineral deficit. Hence it is important to eat RIGHT. There are few tips you must follow to accelerate your fat loss.

8 Tips that you must do for WEIGHT LOSS.

1. Get more high-quality sleep to better regulate hunger hormones, improve recovery, and increase metabolic output.

2. Try stress resilience techniques like meditation, deep breathing, yoga and spending time in nature.

3. Move more it will increase your daily non-exercise movement by taking the stairs, and/or standing while you work or move atleast 6000-7000 steps every day.

4. Must include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet.

5. Do eat 1 large bowl of salad before lunch and dinner.

6. Keep a gap of 3 hours from your dinner to your sleep TIME

7. Snack more on Apple, dryfruits, roasted peanuts instead of fried and junk food.

8. Drink atleast 3-4 liters of water 💦 every day.
