It’s a known fact that we should eat healthy and clean to lead a healthy and disease free life. Fried and Junk food is not good for our stomach and skin still many people are eating them!! WHY??

Because they lack awareness and control. They don’t even realise how much is this harming them. We all know eating pizza, chips, chocolates, pastries will make you fat, however this information is not enough. Awareness without right information is like riding a bike with the helmet on the side. You have the right equipment but it’s not in the right place.

We need to become aware of what we are eating and why.

  1. I love the idea of a food journal but is it really possible to maintain during a busy work week? :/ I’ve tried using food tracking apps but I’d keep forgetting to log what I’d eat. I definitely do plan out my meals for the week in advance (but switch meals through the week basis what I am craving) but tracking what I’m eating everyday is a bit hard.

    • In the beginning of our fitness goals, its great to keep a journal. I started writing it down on calorie counter- my fitness pal and it helped me a lot. Now I eat the same almost every day so I know what works for me. Once it’s embedded in our system to eat mindfully, we may not need this. Depending on how careful you are about Health πŸ™ˆ
