  1. A lot of store-bought coconut waters contain added sugars. It’s crazy – one would think that coconut water is natural. I try to buy the real thing (young coconut) or canned coconut water that only has coconut water listed as the main ingredient.

    The Asian stores here sell coconut water with added sugar in them. Ironically, it’s the dollar store here that sells pure coconut water ($1.25 CAD per can + recycling fee) I occasionally buy it because at least I know it’s actual coconut water.

    • That’s sad and aggregating that Companies will do something like this. Especially if they play with the authenticity of natural products.

      Thankfully here we get fresh coconut water. Its so refreshing and hydrating.
