Choose your favourite form of physical activity like cycling, running, brisk walk, Pilates, yoga, body weight workouts, weight training, boxing and the list goes on, set a routine, and just start. Don’t wait for a better time, month, year, Stop making excuses, you are only fooling yourself. No one is too busy to take care of their own health.
