Practice 1 (Self Love)

  • Sit relaxed.
  • Breathe in slowly and breathe out. Repeat 3 times.
  • Think of one of your desires that you feel you will have most difficulty in manifesting.
  • Feel the feeling of getting stuck, feel the frustration.
  • Notice where those feeling are coming up in your body. It will be one main area of your body where you will be feeling frustration, disappointment
  • Put you hand on that area of your body.
  • Welcome that feeling of sadness or frustration about you not being able to manifest what you really want
  • Let go of any judgement and breathe into those feelings.

Give a name to this feeling this vibration. I am going to read out some of the most common ones and see which one resonates with you the most :

I am not wanted
I am alone
I am bad
I do not belong
I am a failure
I am not enough
I am not good enough
I am too much
I am not important
I am invisible
I am worthless
I am not safe
I am not perfect

If you feel tears in your eyes it is okay.

One way to recognise your feelings is, when you feel a strange sensation in your body or a strong emotion as you think of that feeling. Like your heart is in an internal pain or heaviness on your chest or any other kind of strong sensation.

Now ask yourself- For how long have you been holding this feeling inside ??

2, 4, 7 or you don’t even know how many years has it been now. These feelings may have been a part of you since the time you are an adult.

Usually a very young part of you which feels this feeling or this emotion. Also notice how BIG is the Energy, of this feeling.

Notice if there is a color to it. Is it gray, black, red, blue. If there is a shape to it. Is it soft or hard? Is it cold or warm?

Right now, you are a witness to this young part of you. You are seeing your young part feeling this emotion.
Imagine this younger self sitting in front of you and you are sending this message, these phrases to the younger part.

Now say these phrases to your younger self. Feel your heart sending these messages to your younger self.

  1. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
  2. Repeat over and over again to this younger self sitting in front of you. I am sorry. Please forgive me.
  3. Thank you. I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me.
  4. Thank you. I love you. Feel these messages going out. I am sorry. Please forgive me.
  5. Thank you. I love you.
  6. Notice how these messages are received by your younger self.
  7. Notice that you are not only sending these messages, but you are also receiving them.
  8. Thank that part that held that belief.

And it held that belief because it tried to protect you. Send that part of you love and compassion. That belief is not the truth of who you are, it is not the truth of your soul essence.

Now take a deep breath and see that younger self dissolve and thank yourself for doing this process.

Stretch a bit here and there and gently open your eyes.
This process is really the beginning of freeing up yourself from old energy blocks and as you unblock them you are more in the miracle zone.
