For example: I keep my phone at silent to make sure I don’t get distracted with the zillions of notifications that we get for different applications. When you learn to take control of your time, you improve your ability to focus. And with increased focus comes enhanced efficiency, because you don’t lose momentum. You will start to breeze through tasks quicker.
  5. Eat the frog first: Eating the frog means to just do the most important, and dreadful task first, otherwise the frog will eat you meaning that you’ll end up procrastinating it the whole day. When top priorities you are handled first, your rest of your day looks easy.
