I think our mindset plays a humongous role when it comes to achieving our goals and dreams. Even in our daily life, to handle our daily emotional and mental battles right mindset is the key to a happy and peaceful life. Not only will it helps us to achieve our goals & dreams but it will also help you overcome your fears & worries.
I have had a bumpy start when I entered the adulthood. I had a difference of opinion with everyone in my family. I had no friends. I left my house without a plan or backup. In other words I lost the ability to think straight. I had a mindset that “I was the problem”. This mindset caused a lot of emotional eating (weight gain), anxiety issues and borderline depression.
So, How did I transform myself my body and life ?
I found out the problem was not me it was how I was perceiving things. After recognising the problem the first step is to make the change. Every change begins when you shed all the “what if’s” and try without being scared of the results.
If you ask me to name the most important thing that helped me in my transformation ?? My answer will be the mindset change.
I changed my mindset. I changed the mind set that attach or actions to the results.
I changed the mind set of always being in the comfort zone.
I changed the mind set of always playing safe.
I changed my mind of attaching my emotions with food.
I changed my mind set of being too scared to evento try
I changed my eating habits
I changed my idea of being healthy
I changed my friends circle and the people who were not prepared to be a part of my new journey
I changed my my way to look at life

Changing your mindsets takes work because formed habits aren’t easy to break. Since, many of our most harmful habits and counter-mindsets were established when we were kids, and we’ve been doing things the same way ever since.
