Anyone who has followed my journey since the beginning knows that I have changed completely. Sometimes even I feel, this is my second birth. I made some conscious and consistent efforts to change. As much as I love myself, I believe in growth and change is a huge part of it.

I was not happy with the way my life was, how my Relationships were with every one around, how I looked and how people behaved with me. I jotted down every thing I wasn’t content with narrowed down factors that I can control and factors I have no control over.

If you have ever felt the same way, I highly recommend you to make your list. And then divide them the following way:-

  2. Others Attitude Towards You

  4. Others Mindset
  5. How people persive You
  6. Beauty Standards Set By Media
  7. Other Person’s Effort In Relationships
  8. People’s Expectations from You
  9. Toxic People
  10. Life’s Unpredictability

You need to realise that the beginning of the change has to be with You. And trust me things will change. You will simply love your life and will thank Yourself oneday for the efforts you did to change.
